- What are your hours?

We book sessions and consultations by appointment only. Generally, we book out a few weeks to months in advance, so it is important to prepare for this when you are considering a session with us.
- Where are you located?

We are located in beautiful, sunny southern Colorado in the spiciest of cities: Pueblo! We are available and love to travel, so don't let that stop you from considering us for your next session. Our studio address is 406 N. Santa Fe Ave., in the heart of downtown Pueblo.
- What Should We Do To Prepare For The Session?

We recommend that people get a good night of sleep before their portrait session, bring a water bottle if we are shooting outside, and have your clothing ironed and on hangers. We also send you our session prep guide, so you have all the answers in one easy-to-read spot!
- But I don't know how to pose, can you help?

This is our forté! We will help pose you in an expert and flattering way that will give us the best possible images of you! We focus on the things you love about you, and if you need a reason to love yourself a little more, we are here and can help you build your confidence!
- I Know What Kind Of Look I Want, But I’m Not Sure What Locations To Go To In Order To Achieve It. Can You Suggest Options?

You get to decide based on many unique (some hidden!) and amazing locations that we offer! Upon booking your date with us we will provide you with options and discuss what you like, what you want and what your vision is. We'll help you with this if you aren't sure. By the way, many of the images you see on our site were created using the home/property of our clients. That's always an option and it allows for unique, one-of-a-kind images. Either way, your images will be unique, fresh and completely you! If you know where you would like to be photographed, that's great! Let's talk!
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

We do. We understand that sometimes things happen. Once you book your portrait session with us, we set your time and date and that time is blocked out just for you. Should you need to reschedule, we can do that also, but a week or more notice is required. If an emergency happens, we will make every attempt to reschedule your session at a convenient time for everyone. There may be times, due to weather, that we may have to reschedule your session, because as much as we would like to, we haven't found a way to control the weather, yet... If you cancel your session after booking with us, your session fee is non-refundable. We take the time to help you build your perfect session and that is time away from other clients, and our family. Thank you for your understanding!
- What about hair and makeup? Do you provide it?

Absolutely! We have an incredible hair and makeup artist that will create amazing looks for your portrait session. BUT...some ladies prefer to do their own makeup and that's ok too! This service is not required, but it is available.
